HOW TO FORMAT A FLOPPY DISK

 

1.  Insert the floppy into your floppy Drive.

2.  Double click on "My Computer" on the desktop.

 

3.  Right Click on the "3½ Floppy (A:)" and select "Format".

4.  Press the "Start" button.  Do not do a Quick Format.

5.  It will take approximately a minute for the format to complete.
